I know...Gee, taking my mind that far back is hard. I know we used stamps carved out of potatoes when I was in grade 4. (in the 60's!) We stamped cards (and each other). After that I did lots of fabric crayons on tshirts with my 3 kids in the late 80's early 90's. we still have some of those tshirts around - just found one buried the other day! I had never dyed anything prior to that, so it was scary, and I had no idea 1) how easy it was and 2) how much I would enjoy it! 15+ years later, I'm still at it...
