Just got a new camera and took a walk today to capture a few shots. I think I might be in love with this camera!
Hi Judy, Its a Canon Powershot SX30 IS, it has a fantastic zoom that I'm just learning how to use. I looked at a lot of different ones and decided against a DSLR for now, too high of a learning curve! But also considered a Canon G12 and a Nikon.

What kind of camera did you buy? You have such detail and clarity. Most important: Does it take good pictures of quilts?????
